Recent Cases

My Recent Cases is a great feature for keeping an archive of what products you have searched for, keyword phrases used, products compared and retailers visited. Don't waste time by running the same search over and over again, just flick through your achives.

NB. You must be signed in to PriceInspector to use this feature.

In order to access My Recent Cases, follow these steps:

1. Click on the MyOffice link to access your detective area.
   
   
2. Click on Recent Cases.
   
   
3. On the Recent Cases page, the left hand box (illustrated below) shows VIEWED PRODUCTS - i.e. products that you have compared on PriceInspector. If you visited the product via a keyword search, we also archive the search word.
   
   In the example below, the Philips HQ6707 Shaver was viewed after searching using the keyword "shaver". You can click on the product name to go straight to the price comparison, or click on the search phrase to run the search again.
   
   
   
   
   
4. The right hand box (illustrated below) shows RETAILER VISITS - i.e. products where you have made a comparison, and have clicked through to the retailer to take a closer look or made a purchase. In this example, we compared prices on the Samsung LE26R74BDX LCD television, and decided to visit Comet to buy or find out more information.
   
   You can re-visit the product by click the product name, or you can click Go to Store to re-visit the retailer to make the purchase if you didn't previously.
