Prepare to witness one of the most amazing light displays you have ever seen. No, we're not going to send you off to see the Northern Lights, we're talking about the illumination masterpiece that is the Laserpod!Forget the northern lights, forget your local nightclub, forget Blackpool Illiuminations and forget Las Vegas! The Laserpod will eclipse them all!Photography and video will not do Laserpod justice and nothing can compare to the experience of seeing it perform live. Imagine what Ozzy Osbourne would see when watching the northern lights and you'll begin to understand. Now imagine the same view but through a kaleidoscope and you're still only about half way there. The Laserpod is simply phenomenal. The Laserpod is ingeniously simple, yet actually uses super-advanced technology to generate the purest light known to man - a single frequency of energy fundamental to our existence. It is the patented invention of top UK light artist Chris Levine. His groundbreaking work in light has ranged from light sculptures for the band Massive Attack to an historic hologram portrait of the Queen of England. It doesn't get better than that! The Laserpod uses three electronic lasers and three blue and purple LEDs. This intense light energy is projected through a rotating crystal to give off a unique ever-changing display of lighting that will project across an entire room and over great distances. With either the small or large diffuser in place the effects are contained and Laserpod becomes a sort of 21st Century lava lamp, only a million times better. Take the diffusers away and the Laserpod will treat you to a psychedelic display of light that until now was only witnessed by the likes of Jimi Hendrix and Jim Morrison when they were....errrr....chilling out (so to speak)! You can interact with Laserpod by placing anything optical on top of it. Glass, crystal or clear plastics will produce the most profoundly beautiful effects that will continually evolve in time. You can also choose between two displays - red laser on its own for a fantastic projection display or red laser and blue LED combination for a kind of cosmic smoke effect! For the best Laserpod experience, the device should be activated in complete darkness when the subtler more meditative and organic beams will be seen - these are quite extraordinary and are unique to Laserpod. So what are you waiting for... Shut the curtains, get the chill out music on, crack open a Stella and marvel at the wonder that is the Laserpod in your very own Cafe del Mar!The Laserpod is portable and will run for up to 8 hours on 3 x AA batteries (not included) or indefinitely using the supplied mains adapter.Laserpod Pack Contents:1 x Aluminium Laserpod Projector Lamp Unit.1 x Electroplated Tall Domed Diffuser.1 x Electroplated Small Domed Diffuser.1 x Crystal (set into base unit).1 x Ridged Glass Refractor Lens.1 x DC Adapt
