Description:Try controlling an Extra 300 - one of the top competition aerobatic aircraft used by display teams all around the world. You will experience the seriousness of the G force while flying this 9 litre 300bhp piston-engined aircraft. Your extreme aerobatics adventure will start with providing you with the essential equipment that is a flying suit and a bone dome. Then you will proceed to the briefing on cockpit controls and safety. This 'military style' introduction will also include instructions concerning parachute drills plus how to fly the aircraft or perform aerobatics manoeuvres. You will be also shown a short video. Next comes a sortie pre-brief with your RAF instructor followed by strapping on your parachute and preparing to take off. Your total flight time will be 25 minutes but altogether you will spend around 45 minutes in the aircraft's cockpit. Directly after the take off you will get to know the effects of the controls turning climbing descending and stalling. Then the instructor will fly the machine through aerobatic manoeuvres of varied complexity level. Your role will not be restricted to sitting back and enjoying the flight solely - there will come time when it will be your turn to control the aircraft and attempt at performing such aerobatic manoeuvres as the loop or aileron roll! Upon the return to base you will be debriefed and handed a signed flight certificate.
